We’ve made many improvements to the system to make it a more convenient, secure, reliable, and accessible way to report non-emergency allegations of abuse, neglect or exploitation.
You can report abuse and neglect to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services at their website: http://www.txabusehotline.org/Login/Default.aspx. If it is an emergency situation that requires action in less than 24 hours, call the Texas Abuse Hotline at 1-800-252-5400.
